About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A Driver to join our team for the FedEx side of the business out of Grove City, OH. This is a home daily, ‘wheel position’, driving daily up to 450 miles.

Wage Range: 1200.00 - 1300.00 per week
General Description of Benefits: - 5-day work week: Guaranteed minimum $1200, $30 per hour - 6-day work week: Guaranteed minimum $1300, $32.50 per hour - Overtime Pay: All hours over 40 are paid at an overtime rate ($40.50/hour). - Eligible for $1,500 Bonus ($750 paid after 90 days and $750 paid after 180 days) - Vacation: Earn vacation time at a 4% accrual rate. - Full benefits package offering medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, PTO and 401K with 4% match.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A Driver to join our team for the FedEx side of the business out of Grove City, OH. This is a home daily, ‘wheel position’, driving daily up to 450 miles.
- Operate a tractor-trailer for local deliveries and pick-ups
- Transport FedEx equipment to/from facilities and drop locations
- Must be able to handle and move dolly’s to support double’s transport
- Shift: On-call, Dispatched between 6:30AM - 11AM (shifts typically range from 8-12 hours).
- Work Days: 5-6 days a week, with 1 designated day off.
- Must begin on weekends
- 5-day work week: Guaranteed minimum $1200
- 6-day work week: Guaranteed minimum $1300
- Overtime Pay: All hours over 40 are paid at an overtime rate ($40.50/hour).
- Eligible for $1,500 Bonus ($750 paid after 90 days and $750 paid after 180 days)

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Doubles endorsement (candidate must previously have or have the ability to obtain).
- Experience with FedEx is a plus; please include your FedEx ID and any recent driving history with FedEx (last 5 years) in your application for faster processing.
- CDL A Endorsements: Doubles endorsement required.
- 1 year of Tractor-Trailer CDL A experience in the last 3 years, OR 5 years of Tractor-Trailer CDL A experience in the last 10 years.
