- Safely transport construction equipment, agricultural equipment, vehicles, and miscellaneous freight using a rollback truck
- Properly secure loads using chains, straps, binders, and other securement devices
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required transportation paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding pickups, deliveries, and scheduling
- Follow all FMCSA regulations, company safety policies, and DOT requirements
- Operate equipment safely during loading and unloading procedures
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of truck and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries
