COMPENSATION
Option 1: Regional
$1,300 per week | Guaranteed overtime hours | Home Every Other Day | Paid Weekly!

• + you can make additional hours running local loads at $39/hour!
• Base hours: $26/h. Over time hours: $39/h (after 40 hours in a week).                 

Option 2: OTR
$1,600 per week guaranteed |5 days on + 2 days off | Paid Weekly!

• No slip-seating
• $23/hour. 70 paid hours per week.
• 48 hours uninterrupted at home every week

EXTRA BONUSES

• $500 Driver Referral Bonus

 $250 paid when your referred driver picks up their first load with us
 $250 paid after your referred driver completes 60 days of service

• $50 / week in safety bonuses

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience or semi-truck
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must meet company and DOT MVR requirements
• Must pass DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• No CDL suspension or revocation and no failed/refused drug or alcohol tests within the last 5 years, subject to company requirements
• Must be able to use GPS, smartphones, handheld devices, and other technology
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Must be flexible with day, evening, night, and weekend schedules

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a Class 8 tractor on assigned long-haul routes.
• Transport Amazon freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Perform drop-and-hook operations.
• Haul dry vans and intermodal containers.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required transportation documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations throughout your trips.
• Properly inspect, maintain, and care for assigned tractor equipment.
• Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach while representing the company on the road.
